You read right. I recommend that you DO NOT buy a home or even worse, DO NOT rent an apartment, house, townhouse, farmhouse, hen house, room or glorified garage. You really should get your home for free and not have to make any payments…

Far From Haggersville Mystery – Original Trailer from Matthew Peters on Vimeo.
One of my biggest achievements to date has been the making of the interactive music album Far from Haggersville. FFH is a music album, short film, mystery and cross-country hunt for thousands of dollars in GOLD from on-line and in the real world. The treasure hunt IS solvable but extremely difficult to solve. I’ve always been fascinated with hidden treasure and realized that the likelihood of finding one would be very slim. So I took the opportunity to create my own.
I used graphic design, sound effects, multiple ciphers & cryptography, music, lyrics, geocaching, web, emerging technologies, stone-age technology, sound triggers, radio waves, history, UV light and based it around a web 2.0 platform.
Unlike “treasure hunts” that big name films and cereal companies alike create as a marketing strategy geared to the lowest common denominator, I realized that most people using the web will talk and share hints, solutions and strategies to either show off their intelligence or just be social. I guarantee that hunters will not be left with, “Be Sure To Drink Your Ovaltine.”
I love filmmaking, song writing, singing, playing music, mystery, writing, travel, treasure hunting and was able to create a project that encompassed all of my passions into one. I was able to sell my business and broker a large real estate deal to pay for it all. It allowed me to write the screenplay, hire the actors, shoot the movie, edit the footage, sing, play multiple instruments, sequence, reverse-engineer a real treasure hunt (national treasure style), create sound scenes, work with some great people and have the time of my life doing it. Who could ask for anything more. I’m glad I took the risk.
I get to say that I accomplished a life dream and will always have that.

My latest song under “Music” >>>
Before starting my weight training program, I decided to meet up with Dr. Blahnik. I was having some neck and lower back pain and I wanted to get it checked out before stressing my body with heavy weights. What I found was shocking. The X-Rays told it all. What he showed me had me put off starting Tim Ferriss’ “geek to freak” program for 3 weeks!

The complete title to this article is, “How I Gained 10Lbs of Muscle & Lost 12.9Lbs of Fat in 2hrs 5min of Lifting weights over 30 days.”
If you know Tim Ferriss and his “Geek to Freak” Experiment, you will read that he was able to loose 3 lbs of fat and gain (back +) 34 Lbs of muscle by working out a total of 8 x 30 minute lifting sessions over the course of 30 days.
I have commented back to Tim on his blog and instead of going into all of it here, I will copy my post on his blog here:
I’ve recorded about 150 videos in the last 60 days. Many of them will make it here eventually. Until then, here are a few of the first I captured.

Far From Haggersville is a music album, cross-continent treasure hunt, mystery and short film.
Yes, this is me when I went by the stage name “Peter Mathews” – now I’ve done it!
I didn’t want to record another album/cd just like the 35,000+ others that are released in one form or another every year. The Haggersville story is about a boy named “A.D.N”. or Aidian (whom I named my son after) because of the initials on the demo tape that was found with the journal and other items in a backpack in a bus station locker in the Chicago area. There is a lot more information on the website.
You will find that the best drivers use their car as an extension of themselves. They know the handling the top speed, the breaking the acceleration and can call upon it at the mere thought.
A basketball player becomes one with the ball. They know how that ball will respond to the angle and force they throw it. They have trained with is for so long it becomes a part of who they are.
The best musicians (and drummers) use their tools as an extension of their hands.
It all comes down to connection through familiarity…

Nick Vujicic is an amazing individual. His story is inspiring and that is why I put his video here. Whatever you believe spiritually, you will get something from Nick’s story.
When you think times are tough and you have it hard, think about what Nick’s daily routine must be like. Getting out of bed, surfing the net, writing an email, getting transportation, eating, traveling around the world, speaking on stage, etc.
Get inspired to do more today than you did yesterday.
