Book On Free Homes Due Out Soon

New Book by Matthew & Fiona Peters

New Book by Matthew Peters & Fiona Peters Shows Anyone How To Pay Absolutely Nothing For Their Home For The Rest of Their Lives!

The book is the work of both Matthew and his wife Fiona Peters. They have lived without a rent or home payment for over 9 years and they are finally breaking their silence and telling the world exactly how they’ve done it.

Says Matthew, “Being debt-free with extra money in the bank is an amazing place to be! The only way we’ve achieved that is by paying nothing for our home. We live in a beautiful townhouse, travel all over the world for weeks at a time, spend time with our kids and namely, call the shots in life.”

Things weren’t always so sunny for the Peters though. A decade ago they were near bankruptcy with creditors hounding them to pay the $40,000 in back credit card debt.

“We refused to claim bankruptcy and decided to seek financial counseling and live small for a while. What we were doing wasn’t working and we finally got wise enough to face reality; it was time to start digging ourselves out of the hole we were in. Once we found out how to get our home for free, our spending power from our jobs allowed us to pay off our debt exponentially faster.”

Less than two years later, they proudly displayed their collection of laminated Paid in Full letters from each of their eleven creditors and collectors. To celebrate their victory, they took off to South America for five weeks on an adventure trek.

“We had paid everyone back, had ‘extra money’ in the bank, our living expenses were one-tenth of what we made per month and had quickly saved over $7,000 for a trip of a lifetime. Life is an adventure and should be lived to the fullest. Now we are more about life experiences and less focused on collecting a bunch of stuff.”

The Peters have just launched the Community Executive Academy online (www.CommExAcademy.com) where they expand upon the principles in their book via easy to follow multi-media training modules, offer helpful tools and private coaching to students.

Their book, Don’t Own, Don’t Rent, Live Well is published by Morgan James Publishing of New York and is set to be released early 2011 or before.
